HospiceCare goes to great lengths to bring our expert, compassionate end-of-life care to those who are dying and their loved ones. In fact, we’ve even gone so far as to develop service promises for those who entrust us with their physical, emotional and spiritual care at this very vulnerable time. And we honor these pledges every single day, with every single person we serve—in private residences, senior living communities and hospitals throughout Boulder, Broomfield and Adams Counties and beyond.
Community Promises
- We offer the most comprehensive range of end-of-life care solutions for patients and families.
- We respond to all admissions inquiries within one hour.
- We admit all patients meeting hospice eligibility guidelines within four hours of a physician order any time of the day, any day of the week.
- When you call us, anytime day or night, a HospiceCare staff member has immediate access to information about you.
- We provide nursing care and emotional and spiritual support around-the-clock to resolve a crisis in pain and/or symptom management.
- We offer the area’s only dedicated inpatient hospice facility where we provide 24-hour crisis care.
- We have a team of board certified hospice and palliative medicine physicians on staff who provide medical consults in the home, facility or hospital.
- We manage our resources carefully to assure care for all, regardless of ability to pay.
- We offer customized education on end-of-life issues.
- We provide grief resources to anyone in the community.
- We support each employee and volunteer to fully deliver services consistent with our mission.
