The Staff Development Educator for Clinical IT provides the orientation, mentoring and ongoing resources to clinical staff to assure the integration of electronic medical records into their practice. S/he will collaborate with the Team Leaders, IT staff, and other members of the Interdisciplinary Team to enhance staff ability to provide professional, respectful care to patients/families that meets Medicare/Medicaid conditions of participation and state regulations and reflects the mission and philosophy of HospiceCare. S/he also manages and provides oversight for the Hospice Pharmacia process for the provision of medications for HospiceCare patients.
