8-Week Bereavement Support Group
Description:
A safe format to explore the grief process, your relationship with the deceased, and changes brought about by the death.

Meetings:
Groups are offered throughout the year, depending on enrollment, and generally meet for eight consecutive weeks

Description:
Facilitated by Bereaved Parents of Boulder County, this group is for parents who have experienced the loss of a child of any age.

Healing Circles Grief Support Groups for Children, Teens, and their Families
Description:
Children, teens, and parents/guardians meet at the same time in separate, age-appropriate groups. Teen (ages 12-18) and adult groups are structured for support and education. Children’s (ages 5-11) groups include talking circles and time for expressing grief through the powerful language of play—using art, music, storytelling and games.

Healing with Horses
Description:
Through a collaborative arrangement between HospiceCare and Medicine Horse Ranch, children and teens who are grieving or dealing with chronic and terminal illness and their families learn to express their grief and develop coping strategies.
